When additional sunshine then strikes the air, it scatters the light, providing off a brilliant glow which makes the spots appear better.
The mist, however , is just temporary. It seems to escape within a few hours after decorative mesh cloth developing. Without any mist hanging more than them, the spots after that appear to dim, which describes the variable changes they observed.
