The whole welded wire mesh machine include vibration platform, automatic feeding device for line wire,main welding machine, cross wire hopper, loop pulling device for panel,secondary pulling device for panel,panel falling device,panel turning device, automatic stacker for wire mesh panel,trawling device.

1. welded mesh machine Vibration platform: for storing pre-straightening and cutting line wires,can feed line wire automaticlly. 

2.Automatic feeding device for line wire: include mechnical hand,can pick up line wire on the platform automaticlly,and feed into the main welding device. 

3.wire mesh machinery Main welding machine:adopt high efficient transformer for wire mesh welding. 

4. gaion mesh machine Cross wire hopper:drop from cross wire hopper automatically,position of drop wire is  accurately 

5.Loop pulling device for panel:adopt the serve motor, pull the panel  back and forth ,pneumatic lock the cross wire,ensure position is accurate,the same time,ensure the length of panels. 

6. welded wire mesh panel machine secondary pulling device for panel: can push the wire mesh panel to panel falling device. 

7.The perfect match for the panel turning device and trawling device,can make the panel one front and one opposite,stacked automaticlly,save more space.When stack the panel to required quantity,trawline device can transport the panels out of the production line.
